GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE ONLINE STORE
Products in this online store are sold by Omakoru Oy, Business ID 2310735-3. We primarily sell our products to adult consumers and business customers in Finland and abroad. Ordering our products requires the customer to be at least 15 years old with parental consent. Placing an order is considered confirmation that such consent has been obtained.
HOW TO ORDER
You can order our products by adding items to your shopping cart on the website. Most of our products are also available at our Tampere store (Kojolankatu 3, Tampere). Orders are binding once placed.
AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right for products to be out of stock. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all products displayed in the online store are always available, as the in-store sales status does not automatically update online.
If an ordered product is out of stock, we will notify the customer via email or text message and agree on further action. Alternatively, a refund will be issued directly.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Before ordering, please carefully check your shopping list and contact details.
After clicking the “Shopping Cart” button, the order is saved and you choose a payment method. For international, wholesale, and prepayment customers, please click “Pay by Invoice.”
Remember to also click “Return to Seller’s Page” to ensure the order is recorded in our system and you receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
To cancel an order, notify us by email at info(at)omakoru.fi.
Omakoru Oy is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or outdated delivery addresses.
PRICES
Product prices are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes apply only to orders placed after the change. All prices include VAT 25.5% (books, magazines 10%). VAT is itemized on invoices/receipts. We strive to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors without notice. Orders placed with clearly erroneous prices (e.g., €0) may be canceled or prices corrected, with notification to the customer.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SAFETY
Product Name: The sales name is as listed in the product title and description. This may not always correspond precisely to scientific, geological, or chemical names.
Dimensions and Weight: Usually found in the title and product description. Sizes are approximate, e.g., 8mm may range between 7.6–8.5mm. Sizes may vary between materials. Note that the “Additional Information” section lists shipping weights including packaging.
Product Images: Images show the product but not necessarily the quantity or package size sold. Always verify package size in the title or description before ordering.
Materials: Stone beads and other jewelry supplies may be natural or synthetic, some may be dyed inside or outside. Our staff will assist if you have questions.
Colors and Appearance: We try to depict products accurately in natural light. However, display settings and lighting can affect color perception, so slight variations may occur.
SAFETY:
Products are not intended for children under 12 years old. Use by children under 12 should be supervised by a guardian. Small parts may cause choking hazards, especially for children under 3.
PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
Promotional prices are valid until further notice unless otherwise stated, but for no longer than one month at a time. Products can be purchased at discounted prices while stocks last. We reserve the right for product availability.
DELIVERY
The shopping cart calculates shipping based on weight and volume. Shipping costs are shown before order completion and are the same for all payment methods. Shipping costs include VAT, postage, and packaging.
The system may ask for a pickup point if items don’t fit in a letter. Orders under 250g are usually sent as letters.

International shipping costs depend on destination and weight.
Free shipping is sent by the most economical method.
STORE PICKUP IN TAMPERE
You may pick up orders at Kojolankatu 3, 33900 Tampere during business hours (Mon–Fri 10:30–17:30) or by special arrangement. You will receive a text message when your order is ready for pickup.
Payment methods accepted: cash, debit cards, Visa Electron, and credit cards. No extra fees for pickup orders except for the product cost.
Omakoru Oy is not liable for delays caused by lost packages in postal transport.
PAYMENT METHODS
Products and shipping are paid at the time of ordering. Payment methods accepted in the online store include major Finnish banks and credit cards, processed via PAYTRAIL OYJ. Prepayment by bank transfer is also accepted.

Order processing begins during business hours once payment is received. Prepayment reservations last 5 business days before order cancellation.
Payment details are emailed after clicking “Pay by Invoice” and included in order confirmation.

Orders are binding once placed.
Invoice (Contract Customers):
Payment terms 14 days, late interest 7.5%.
Omakoru Oy reserves the right to require prepayment from existing customers without notice.
Reminders are sent primarily by email; unpaid invoices are sent to debt collection.
Private customers may also pay by invoice. We reserve the right to require prepayment for invoices. Products ship upon payment receipt.
E-Invoice:
You can receive an electronic invoice to your online banking. Provide your e-invoice address (OVT and operator code) in the comment field. When using e-invoice, choose “Pay by Invoice.”
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed in the order payment is received. Orders placed before 3 p.m. on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders on Friday afternoon, weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.
If shipped by letter, delivery time depends on postal distribution and may vary from 1–4 weeks. If urgent, choose a package. Package delivery takes about 1–3 days.
RETURNS
Customers have a 14-day right to return and exchange under Finnish Consumer Protection Law, only for unused, original packaging, and resalable products.
Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise. Defective product returns are free; otherwise, customers bear return costs. Products must be returned in original condition.
Omakoru Oy is not responsible for damaged or lost returns. We reserve the right to terminate customer relationships due to abuse or excessive returns without notice.

Returns received later than 14 days after delivery are not accepted. Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection.
Report damaged, lost, or wrong products immediately to info[at]omakoru.fi within 14 days of receipt. Damage claims to Posti must be made immediately.

Clearance, discounted, or wholesale items
- Failure to pick up the order or providing an incorrect delivery address is not considered a return, and in such cases, we will charge the shipping costs for both directions.
OTHER TERMS
Products are sold as received in our warehouse. Omakoru Oy is not responsible for variations in color, luster, or moisture resistance. Colors and sizes may vary between bead batches, so order all needed beads for a project at once.
Especially surface-dyed beads are sensitive to moisture. We recommend putting on jewelry last, e.g., after perfume or hairspray, as these may damage the surface. Do not swim, sauna, or shower with jewelry.
Products are hand-packed in Tampere. Package contents, batch size, and measured lengths may vary ±3%. Contact us if deviations exceed this.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Omakoru Oy reserves the right to change these terms without notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing terms before placing orders. Changes apply only to orders placed after changes.
