1. Can I find the same products on the Omakoru website as in the warehouse store?
We try to update our new products on our website frequently. However, in our store we also have a lot of products that may not be available on the website. If you need a specific product, you can inquire about it by e-mail at info [at] omakoru.fi.

We strive to keep website information regarding inventory up to date, but because we also have store sales, inventory information may differ from time to time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yes, the products are priced the same online, at a fair and in the shop. Discounts may vary in store and online, depending on the promotion. The prices shown are retail prices, wholesale customers can inquire about price information by e-mail at info [at] omakoru.fi
4. How can I register as an Omakoru customer?
From the top bar menu, select Trade and from the submenu, select My Account.
5. How do I pay for the order?
Products and their postage are paid when ordering. In the online store, you can pay with online bank and paypal. You can also select the “pay by invoice” item and we will send you a pre-invoice, after paid we will send the products. Wholesale customers pay with a standard invoice.
6. What are the delivery costs of the order?
The delivery costs of the order are determined by the weight and size of the product.
7. How is the order delivered?
We send most orders by letter. Large and heavy orders in parcels. You can also pick up the products you ordered from our store in Tampere. In that case, select pick-up as the delivery option, and no postage costs will be added to the order.
8. How fast is the order delivered?
We process orders every weekday Mon-Fri 10-15.00 and strive to deliver orders to the post office no later than the next business day. The delivery time of postal parcels is approx. 2-4 business days. Delivery of letters depends on the delivery in your locality, usually 3-7 business days.
9. How do I see if my order has already been shipped?
You will receive the message “Order Omakoru online store is complete” in your e-mail, this means that your order is packed and is on its way to the post office.
10. How do I return the product?
Our products have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the order. Additional information: in the delivery terms. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The products must be in their original condition upon return.
11. What kind of warranty do the products have?
We guarantee that the products have been in perfect condition when shipped. If the products are broken in the shipment, the customer has the right to return them free of charge and have new identical or replacement products replaced.
